FAIRHAVEN WOODLAND AND WATER GARDEN
Fairhaven Woodland and Water Garden, located in the heart of the Norfolk Broads, is open all year round. It is a natural woodland garden with ancient trees, including the King Oak, a sapling at the time of the Battle of Hastings. There are more than 3.5 miles of paths and a private broad. Visit in spring for daffodils, primroses, white wood anemones, candelabra primulas, bluebells, rhododendrons and azaleas; summer for hydrangeas and wild flowers; autumn for fabulous colours and fungi and winter for wonderful walks. HOLKHAM HALL
Holkham is a special place where a stunning coastal landscape meets one of England’s great agricultural estates. At the heart stands Holkham Hall, an elegant 18th century Palladian style house, based on designs by William Kent and built by Thomas Coke, 1st Earl of Leicester. An interactive exhibition tells the stories of Holkham, and the walled garden is well worth a visit. The house is surrounded by rolling parkland with opportunities to discover the wildlife and landscape with nature trails, a ropes course, cycle and boat hire. Children can enjoy the exciting woodland adventure play area, whilst adults can lose themselves in the gift shop and courtyard café.

HOVETON HALL ESTATE
The beautiful Hoveton Hall Estate covers 620 acres of parkland, gardens, woodland, arable and grazing land. This fine Regency Hall was built between 1809 and 1812 and has been owned by the Buxton family since 1946. Set at the edge of the Norfolk Broads, Hoveton Hall Gardens is a delightful 15-acre garden mixing both formal and informal planting across the seasons, beginning with the burst of spring bulbs, the spectacular rhododendrons and azaleas in May and June, through to the mid-summer delights of the 'spider' garden. KENTWELL HALL AND GARDENS
Kentwell Hall dates back to 1500 and is one of England’s finest Tudor houses with over 30 acres of stunning gardens and grounds. This charming family friendly venue offers something for everyone and throughout the year runs a variety of family events, historical re-creations and children’s events. 
Kentwell’s organic gardens and grounds extending to over 30 acres are a combination of ancient features and more recent modern landscaping and planting that offers the visitor visual displays of seasonal colour and fragrance all the year round. 

With tranquil water features and the many interesting sculptures that are all around the grounds give Kentwell’s garden a unique and magical feel.

SANDRINGHAM ESTATE
Sandringham is the much-loved country retreat of Her Majesty the Queen and has been the private home of four generations of British monarchs since 1862.
 
Regularly used by the Royal Family, Sandringham House is nestled in 24 hectares (60 acres) of formal Gardens. Learn more about the great collections of objets d'art and family portraits by leading contemporary court painters in the House and in the formal Gardens see rare and unusual trees offering shady glades, sweeping lawns, lakes, and water gardens. 
 
Local Norfolk produce can be found in Sandringham Café and Gift shop at the Visitors Centre, whilst in the 243 Hectares of dog friendly Country Park, you’ll find a Children’s Play Area and opportunities to discover wildlife on waymarked nature trails.
 
St Mary Magdalene Church is also nestled within the Country Park dating back to the 16th-century. Sandringham Church has held memorials to many members and relations of the Royal Family from Queen Victoria onwards and is used regularly as a place of worship by the Royal Family and Estate staff.
 
The Country Park is open daily throughout the year and Sandringham House, Gardens and St Mary Magdalene Church are open from April to October (please see the website for exact opening times).
